Ice Fishing
Tip - Bring a Compass
By A. Sayward
Lamb
Ice Fishing
Tip: Be sure to take a compass with you when you go out on a lake ice
fishing. Why? In case you get caught in a snow squall and cannot see the
shoreline, when you are ready to leave. Be sure to read the compass when
you head out for your destination on the lake, and to get back simply
reverse the compass reading. This should bring you back close to your
starting point.
